Im Auftrag der Berechtigten verkaufen wir gegen Höchstgebot das IPv4-Adressnetz 84.235.128.0/17 der Signalhorn Trusted Networks GmbH aus Backnang-Waldrems in einer Online-Auktion auf unserer Auktionsplattform.
Zum Verkauf stehen alle 32.768 IP-Adressen, sowohl als Gesamtnetz oder in Teilnetzen in Größen zu 16.384, 8.192, 4.096, 2.048, 1.024, 512 und 256 IP-Adressen. Das IPv4-Netz 84.235.128.0/17 ist bei der zuständigen europäischen Registrierungsstelle RIPE für die Signalhorn Trusted Networks GmbH registriert.
BGP
Das Bekanntmachen des Netzes über BGP wurde im Frühjahr 2022 durch die Signalhorn eingestellt. Öffentliche Routen existieren derzeit nicht. In der RIPE-Datenbank existiert kein Routing-Objekt für das Netz.
Geschichte
Bis zum Frühjahr 2022 wurde das Netz über das Autonome System AS16360 bekannt gemacht. Provideranbindungen bestanden über AS3209 – Vodafone GmbH – ehemals Kabel BW/Unitymedia, jetzt Vodafone NRW, AS8220 – COLT Technology Services Group Limited sowie AS3257 – GTT Communications Inc.
Die aktuelle Inhaberin des Adressbereichs ist Provider für Satellitenkommunikation. Mit den Bodenstationen in Waldrems/Backnang (DE) und Leuk (CH) versorgt die Signalhorn zahlreiche Kunden über Satelliten mit Zugängen zum Internet. Hierfür waren die nun zu verkaufenden Adressen geplant bzw. in geringem Umfang auch bereits in Nutzung.
Die Adressen wurden als ALLOCATED PA am 18. Juni 2004 an die Signalhorn Trusted Networks GmbH zur Nutzung durch die RIPE bereitgestellt. Die Signalhorn ist dabei selber als LIR aktiv.
Von Mai 2016 bis Frühjahr 2022 wurde das Netz noch in Teilnetzen bei der RIPE unterverteilt. Diese Unterverteilung der Netze 84.235.128.0/29, 84.235.128.8/29, 84.235.128.16/29, 84.235.128.24/29 und 84.235.128.32/29 existiert aktuell nicht mehr. Das Netz ist nicht weiter segmentiert.
Qualität
Zum Zeitpunkt der Vermarktung werden die angebotenen IPv4-Adressen nicht mehr aktiv genutzt, BGP wurde eingestellt. Anfang 2022 waren aus dem Netzsegment 84.235.128.0/17 42 IPv4-Adressen aktiv, deren Nutzung vor der Vermarktung eingestellt wurde. Der gesamte Adressbereich wurde ausführlich auf eine missbräuchliche Nutzung untersucht. Eine uneingeschränkte Nutzung ist möglich. Die Qualität ist demnach mit sehr hoch einzustufen.

- Zuständige lokale Registrierungsstelle (LIR), die die Adressen zukünftig verwalten wird
- Sponsoring LIR, falls der Meistbietende nicht selber LIR ist
2. Falls der Meistbietende in einer Region außerhalb der RIPE-Zuständigkeit ansässig ist, sind folgende Dokumente und Informationen zu liefern

- Gesetzliche Vertretung
- Aktuelle HR-Auszüge oder vergleichbare Registrierungsdokumente
- Vorlage einer Bankbestätigung über die Bonität des Bieters
- Ggf. weitere Dokumente, die von der RIPE im Übertragungsprozess angefordert werden, um beispielsweise die Einhaltung europäischer Gesetzgebung und Verordnungen sowie eine Prüfung etwaiger Sanktionen zu gewährleisten.
3. In beiden Fällen gilt, dass jeder Bieter abweichend von unseren AGB Versteigerungen 15 Werktage an sein Gebot gebunden bleibt, um die vollständige Erfüllung der obigen Bedingungen zu gewährleisten, ehe ein Zuschlag erfolgen kann.

On behalf of the beneficiaries we are selling the IPv4 address network 84.235.128.0/17 of Signalhorn Trusted Networks GmbH from Backnang-Waldrems in an Online Auction on our auction platform.
All 32,768 IP addresses are for sale, both as an entire network or in subnets in sizes of 16,384, 8,192, 4,096, 2,048, 1,024, 512 and 256 IP addresses. The IPv4 network 84.235.128.0/17 is registered to Signalhorn Trusted Networks GmbH at the European registration authority RIPE.
BGP
The network was advertised via BGP by Signalhorn in Spring 2022. There are no current public routings. There is no routing object for the network in the RIPE database.
History
Before the spring of 2022, the network was advertised via the autonomous system AS16360. Provider connections existed via AS3209 – Vodafone GmbH – formerly Kabel BW/Unitymedia, now Vodafone NRW, AS8220 – COLT Technology Services Group Limited and AS3257 – GTT Communications Inc.
The current owner of the address space is a satellite communications provider. With ground stations in Waldrems/Backnang (Germany) and Leuk Switzerland, Signalhorn provides iinternet access via satellite to its many customers. The addresses that are up for sale here were planned or, to a small extent, already operational for use in this scenario.
The addresses were made available by RIPE as ALLOCATED PA on June 18, 2004 to Signalhorn Trusted Networks GmbH. Signalhorn itself is active as LIR.
From May 2016 to spring 2022, the network was divided into sub-networks at RIPE. This sub-distribution of the networks 84.235.128.0/29, 84.235.128.8/29, 84.235.128.16/29, 84.235.128.24/29 and 84.235.128.32/29 no longer exists. The network is not segmented further.
Quality
At this time, the IPv4 addresses offered are no longer actively used. BGP was discontinued. At the beginning of 2022, 42 IPv4 addresses were active from the network segment 84.235.128.0/17, the use of which has been discontinued by now. The entire address range was extensively checked for improper use. Unrestricted use is possible. The quality is therefore classified as very high.

• Other documents and information potentially requested by RIPE in the transfer process, for example to ensure compliance with European legislation and regulations and to review potential sanctions.
3. In both cases, every bidder is bound to his bid for 15 working days, in deviation from our Terms and Conditions for Auctions, in order to ensure that the above conditions are fully met before a bid can be accepted.
